1. Your Contract with Us
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of sweetzerland.shop (the “Site”) and any orders you place with Sweetzerland Chocolatier Kuwait (“Sweetzerland”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

4. Orders and Availability
Your order is an offer to purchase the products listed in your cart. A binding contract is formed once your order is successfully placed and confirmed by us (for example, via order confirmation email).
All orders are subject to:
- Product availability
- Successful payment authorization
- Compliance with these Terms
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example, if:
- Payment is declined or cannot be processed
- We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity
- The product is out of stock or discontinued
- There is a clear error in pricing or product information
The images and photos on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products (including colour, packaging, or decoration) may vary slightly.
5. Prices, Currency and Taxes
All prices on the Site are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and apply to the products as displayed at the time you place your order.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices include applicable local taxes. Delivery fees (if any) will be shown separately before you confirm your order.
6. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (for example, KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and other supported cards or local gateways).
Your payment information is processed securely by our payment service providers. We do not store your full card details.
7. Delivery
We currently deliver within Kuwait. Delivery options, fees, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
We will deliver to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure that the address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address you provided or collected by you (or your representative).
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, natural disasters, traffic disruptions, wars, strikes, governmental actions, power outages, technical failures, or delays caused by courier services or authorities.
9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Our Refund & Return Policy is part of these Terms and applies to all orders placed on the Site.
In accordance with Kuwait’s Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from purchase or receipt, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Return Policy (for example: original condition, unopened packaging, and product type).
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (including most food and chocolate items) may not be eligible for return or exchange once opened or used. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
10. Product Quality, Storage and Allergies
Our chocolates and products are premium food items that must be handled and stored with care. To maintain quality, you should:
- Store products in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat, sunlight, and strong odours
- Consume them before the expiry date indicated on the packaging
Some products may contain or come into contact with allergens, such as nuts, dairy, soy, gluten or other ingredients that can cause allergies or intolerances.
You are responsible for checking ingredient lists and ensuring that the products are suitable for you or the person receiving them. If you have any doubts about allergens, please contact us before consuming the products.
11. Liability
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery (preferably within 24 hours), and provide details and, where possible, photos of the issue.
Where appropriate and subject to our policies, we may:
- Replace the affected product, or
- Provide a refund or store credit, as applicable
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for:
- Any loss or damage caused by improper storage, handling, or use of the products after delivery
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or business)
12. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Attempting to interfere with the Site’s operation or security
- Copying or using our content, images, or trademarks without permission

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Kuwait.
