Refund policy
In accordance with Kuwait’s Consumer Protection Law (No. 39/2014), customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the item.
To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns should only be sent to the address provided by our support team. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Delivery Fees
Returns and exchanges may be subject to additional delivery or pickup fees if processed after the original delivery has been completed. These fees are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Kuwait consumer protection regulations.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including but not limited to:
- Perishable or consumable products (such as chocolates, truffles, pralines, or any food items)
- Any product that has been opened, partially used, or not in its original condition
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the return must first be approved. Once the returned item is inspected and accepted, you may purchase the replacement item separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
